Police are currently in the Macclesfield area searching for wanted parolee Luke Brandon, according to SA Police.
A parole board warrant was issued for his arrest after he allegedly removed his electronic monitoring device on 12 October.
Information received by police suggests he may have been in Macclesfield this morning in the company of a woman of Aboriginal appearance.
Luke Brandon is 31, Caucasian, 158cm tall, 65kg, with short light brown hair, hazel eyes and a goatee-style beard. He has tattoos on both arms and his back.
Brandon is not to be approached and police are urging local residents to remain vigilant with their home and vehicle security.
Anyone who sees Luke Brandon or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call the police immediately on 131444.
