Search Underway To Locate Missing Swimmer - Little Bay

A multi-agency search is underway to locate a swimmer in Sydney's east this morning.

About 11am today (Monday 25 May 2026), emergency services were called to Little Bay Beach, Little Bay, following reports a man was seen in difficulty in the water about 100m offshore.

Officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command, along with Marine Area Command, PolAir, Marine Rescue NSW, Surf Life Saving NSW and Westpac Rescue Helicopter, commenced a search to locate the swimmer – believed to be in his 30s.
