Seeking local business women for meaningful connection

Like-minded local business women are invited to connect and collaborate at the Nillumbik Women in Business Networking event this March.

Attendees will be thoroughly entertained and highly informed by keynote speaker Emily Osmond, a Melbourne-based, international marketing mentor who specialises in business growth through online initiatives. Emily teaches other women how to build financially, and personally, rewarding businesses through her podcast, programs and events.

Council's flagship female business event is now in its fourth year at Eltham Community and Reception Centre. This year's event will be held on Thursday 16 March from 12pm – 3pm. Tickets include light refreshments, accompanied by locally produced beverages.

Nillumbik Mayor Ben Ramcharan said this popular annual networking event for local women is a great opportunity to meet other local business owners and potentially find partnership opportunities.

"This event has become an important one on the local business calendar," Cr Ramcharan said. "It's a terrific source of motivation, empowerment and collaboration for our local business women."

This event forms a part of the annual calendar of business events delivered by Council's Economic Development and Tourism Unit for all businesses in the Shire.

The sell-out annual event is not to be missed providing a valuable opportunity to engage and network with others in the local business community.
