Serious Assault Appeal, Wynnum

Detectives have released vision of two men who may be able to assist with investigations into a serious assault at a licensed venue in Wynnum earlier this month.

Investigations indicate around 2.30am on Saturday, July 5, police were called to a hotel on Berrima Street following reports of an altercation between three men.

It is believed the two offenders then fled the scene in a white 4WD, pictured, prior to police arrival.

Once on scene, emergency services located the victim, a man in his 30s, with a serious head injury.

He was transported to the Mater Hospital in a serious-but-stable condition.

Following initial inquiries, police believe the two men, pictured, may be able to assist with the investigation.
