Police are at the scene of a serious crash in Sydney's south west.
Officers attached to Campsie Police Area Command were called to King Georges Road, Wiley Park, following reports of a crash.
Emergency services attended and found a car and truck had collided.
Paramedics are treating drivers at the scene for various injuries.
