Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the Blacktown area.
Andrzej Kuziak, aged 59, was last seen in Blacktown about 4.40am this morning (Monday 12 September 2022).
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.
Family and police hold serious concerns for Andrzej's welfare.
Andrzej is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm to 165cm tall, of large build, with brown receding hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a white hooded jumper, a blue t-shirt, brown tracksuit pants, and white running shoes with red stripes.
Andrzej is believed to be driving a white Toyota Kluger with NSW registration DFD-82C, which may be dirty and covered in mud, and he may be travelling to the Jenolan Caves/Vulcan State Forest areas.
