Serious concerns held for woman missing from Sydney's south west

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's south west.

Shantell Foko, aged 23, was last seen leaving a vehicle on Thorncraft Parade, Canterbury, about 3.30am this morning (Tuesday 20 September 2022).

When she could not be located, officers attached to Canterbury Police Area Command commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Shantell's welfare as she requires medical treatment.

Shantell is described as being of African appearance, of medium build, and with short black hair.

She was last seen wearing black clothing.

Anyone who with information into her whereabouts is urged to contact Campsie police, or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
