Police are appealing for public assistance following a serious motorbike crash in Gatton this afternoon (September 25).
Preliminary investigations indicate that shortly before 4pm, a motorbike was travelling west along the Warrego Highway when it struck a guard rail and crashed.
The rider, a man in his 20s, was airlifted to hospital in a critical condition.
Any witnesses or anyone with dashcam vision of the motorbike, a blue Yamaha R3 sports bike, is being urged to contact police.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
