Police are appealing for information following a serious traffic crash in Mareeba last night, 24 May.
Around 7pm police were called to Ray Road following reports a motorcycle had collided with a wallaby and then a Mitsubishi Lancer.
The rider, a 21-year-old Mareeba man was taken to Mareeba Hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the Lancer, another 21-year-old Mareeba man was uninjured and assisted the 21-year-old man.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating and are appealing for information and vision from anyone who saw the motorcycle or Mitsubishi Lancer driving around the area prior to 7pm.
