A woman has been seriously injured after a two-vehicle crash on the state's south coast.
About 5.45pm today (Thursday 7 August 2025), emergency services responded to reports of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of the Princes Highway and Pointer Road, Yatte Yattah, approximately 10km north or Ulladulla.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the driver and passenger of a Mazda 3 – two women aged in their 80s. The driver was taken to Shoalhaven Hospital with minor injuries. The passenger was airlifted to St George Hospital in a serious condition.
The driver of the second vehicle, a Suzuki Vitara, was also treated by paramedics. The woman, believed to be aged in her 20s, was taken to Shoalhaven Hospital with minor injuries.
Officers from South Coast Police District have commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A contra flow was in place on the Princes Highway; however, the highway has since reopened.
