Servo hold up Salisbury East, South Australia

Police are investigating an aggravated robbery at a Salisbury East service station overnight.

Just after 11.30pm Saturday 4 January a man armed with a knife entered the business on Main North Road. The suspect allegedly threatened staff with a knife demanding cash.

The man was given a small amount of cash and left the premises on foot. Thankfully there were no physical injuries.

Patrols, including PD Arnie searched the area but could not locate the suspect who is described as being tall and slim. He was wearing a black hooded jumper with a large blue Adidas motif on the back. Black track pants with a white motif on the lower left leg, black sneakers with white soles and a black face covering.

Crime Scene Investigators attended the scene to assist with the investigation.
