Northern Territory Police have arrested and charged a 20-year-old man in relation to a sexual assault on a woman in Alice Springs earlier this month.
Members of the Southern Serious Crime Squad arrested and charged the man with one count of Sexual intercourse without consent, in relation to an incident which occurred at a home in the early hours of Saturday July 6, 2019.
The man appeared before the Alice Springs Local Court today and has been remanded in custody until his next appearance in August.
