Sexual assaults, Wynnum

Detectives from Wynnum have arrested a man following alleged assaults between September this year and today on the Wynnum Esplanade.

Investigators have taken several complaints from women who were allegedly assaulted by a man between September 26 and today.

Police believe the man was on a bicycle and would allegedly approach victims from behind as they exercised.

Officers believe there may be other victims who are yet to report assaults to police and are making a public appeal for anyone with further information to come forward.

The 20-year-old Manly man will appear in the Cleveland Magistrates Court tomorrow.
