Shooting Incident Appeal, Slacks Creek

Police are appealing for public information following reports of shots fired in Slacks Creek this morning, 21 September.

Emergency services were called to Kingston Road to reports of a street disturbance around 8.19am.

A 35-year-old male received a gunshot wound and has been transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital.

Three offenders, two males and one female in their 20s, were last seen leaving the area on foot.

The incident is believed to be targeted and there is no threat to the public.

Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone vision within the vicinity from 8am, to come forward.

Investigations are ongoing.
