Shots Fired At Andrews Farm

Police are investigating a shooting incident at Andrews Farm early this morning.

About 7.30am on Tuesday 28 April, the occupant of a Prosperity Way home reported finding a bullet hole in the front lounge room window.

Police responded and identified a number of shots had been fired at the home and also into a vehicle parked in the driveway.

Luckily there were no reports of injuries.

The occupant reported hearing a loud noise about 2.30am however didn't notice anything out of place.

Crime Scene and Forensic Response investigators attended to examine the scene.

Youth and Street Gangs Task Force detectives are investigating the incident and do not believe the incident is random.

Investigators are asking anyone who saw any suspicious activity in Prosperity Way about 2.30am this morning or has any CCTV to contact Crime Stoppers at www.crimestopperssa.com.au or on 1800 333 000 and quote #112129. You can remain anonymous.

Anyone with information on illegal firearms in the community is also urged to come forward and contact police.
