Police are investigating after a shots fired incident at Paradise Point in the early hours of this morning, 9 December.
Around 3.24am police were called after reports of a number of shots being fired into a residence at Teal Avenue.
No one was injured in the incident.
Around 3.37am a small hatchback was located on fire on Helensvale Road at Hope Island.
Two crime scenes have been established, and police are investigating if the two incidents are linked.
Anyone with any information about either incident or may have dashcam or vison around the time that could assist the investigation is asked to come forward.
