Snap lockdown of leisure centres and golf course

In line with Victorian Government's decision to introduce snap lockdown restrictions across Victoria, our leisure centres and golf course will be closed from 11.59pm Thursday 15 July until further notice.

We will provide you with an update as soon as a reopening date has been confirmed.

What happens to my bookings?

All active bookings for any of our services from Friday 16 July through to Tuesday 20 July will be cancelled.

We will be applying credits to your online account if you paid for a class online. There is nothing you need to do, the credit will appear in the 'My Purchases' section of the online portal.

What's happening with my membership or visit pass?

Members

All memberships will automatically be placed on free suspension for the duration of the closure. Direct debit members will receive a credit on their account and upfront members will have the current expiry date on their membership adjusted to reflect the period of closure.

Visit pass holders

Visit pass expiry dates will be extended to cover the period of the closure.

What's happening with swimming lessons?

Swimming lessons from Friday 16 July to Tuesday 20 July will be cancelled and a credit will be applied to your account, there is nothing you need to do.
