South Australia coronovirus update as at 3 June 2021

There has been one new case of COVID-19 today, reported from a medi-hotel. There have been a total of 760 cases notified in South Australia.

Today's case is a child who acquired their infection overseas. The child was transferred to the Women's and Children's Hospital but has since been discharged back to their medi-hotel where they will remain under close observation. A man in his 60s has also been transferred to the Royal Adelaide Hospital and is in a stable condition.

An historic case reported yesterday has since provided evidence of a previous diagnosis overseas and has been removed from South Australian numbers.
