Speeding driver nabbed at Mount Duneed

Geelong Highway Patrol officers caught a 24-year-old man speeding at Mount Duneed last night.

Officers clocked a Holden SS Commodore travelling along Baanip Boulevard at 156km/h in an 80km zone about 8.30pm.

Police intercepted the vehicle and immediately impounded the car for 30 days.

The Bell Post Hill man is expected to be charged on summons with exceeding the speed limit at a speed dangerous.
