Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 29-year-old Spencer Smale.
Smale is wanted on warrants in relation to offences including theft, stalking, threats to damage property, drive whilst disqualified, drive whilst under the influence of alcohol and contravening community corrections orders.
Investigators have released an image of him in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is caucasian in appearance, approximately 183cm tall, brown hair, has a nose ring in his right nostril and earrings in both ears.
Smale is known to possibly frequent the Ballarat and Albanvale areas.
