Bayside Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Investigation Team detectives are appealing for information following a sexual assault in St Kilda last month.
Investigators have been told a male was sexually assaulted at a toilet block on Jacka Boulevard about 4pm on 10 July.
Detectives have been told that a man that may be able to assist them with their enquires was seen driving off in a small silver vehicle a short time later.
He is perceived to be Caucasian, in his 60s with balding grey hair and spoke with a stutter.
Investigators have released a computer-generated image of a man who may be able to assist with their enquires along with photos of a car seen in the area at the time.
