Kempsey Shire Council

The Council on the Ageing (COTA) NSW is the peak organisation for people over 50 in our state.

It is never too late to start improving physical health and wellbeing.

Living Longer Living Stronger is an exciting and affordable training program to help people over 50 improve their physical strength, fitness and balance.

Classes are delivered locally by Keystone Health's qualified exercise physiologists in an accessible, friendly and safe environment.

There is an initial one-on-one assessment for all clients and then classes are designed to provide personalised exercises specific to your needs and goals.

The instructors have undertaken accredited training through COTA NSW. They have a good understanding of the needs of older people and will create a friendly environment that you will feel comfortable in and provides an opportunity for socialising and meeting new people.
