Participants are guided step-by-step through essential postures, breathing techniques and alignment principles, creating a strong foundation for a safe and enjoyable practice.

Unlike casual drop-in classes, the Yoga Development Program is carefully designed to support progressive learning over time. Led by experienced instructors, each session builds on the last - allowing participants to develop proper technique, improve flexibility and feel more confident moving into regular yoga classes.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or returning after a break, the program offers a welcoming environment to learn at your own pace, ask questions and establish healthy habits.

Dates: 10 June – 17 July 2026 (every Wednesday and Friday)
Time: 10am - 11am
