Due to staff shortages in our statutory planning team, we've engaged an external planning service called URPS to manage both current and future applications.
From Monday 17 April, the URPS team of planners will manage the end-to-end processing of applications which is expected to streamline and make the process more efficient.
If you have a current application with Council, your application will continue to be processed as normal.
These changes will alter the way we engage with customers, with a booking arrangement to be put in place to ensure we can provide a high level of service to the community. If you require a pre-application meeting or planning advice you can arrange a phone call or online meeting.
