Stolen property found at Paralowie - woman arrested, SA

Elizabeth police have seized a large amount of stolen property and arrested a woman following a four-month invesitgation into thefts from building sites and houses in Paralowie, according to SA Police.

Police will allege items such as glass sliding doors, windows, aluminium frames and floor tiles were found at a house in Paralowie. A search of a car at the property uncovered concert tickets, unopened mail and identification cards which police suspect were stolen from nearby houses.

A 29-year-old Paralowie woman was arrested at the scene, and she was charged with theft and unlawful possession. She was bailed to appear in court at a later date.

Most of the building materials have been returned to the owners, but police would like to return the rest of the property that was stolen, including the two bicycles pictured. They are a dark grey Giant Cross City mountain bike and a dark grey Reid Aquilla road bike.

Anyone who recognises the bikes as theirs is asked to contact the Elizabeth Police Station on 8207 9411. Please have proof of purchase or other evidence the bikes are yours.
