Stolen vehicle offences, Holland Park

Queensland Police have charged two men and have recovered three stolen vehicles at a Holland Park property this morning, February 2.

It will be alleged that around 3:45am, officers were called to the Cavendish Rd address following reports of a disturbance in the backyard of the property.

Officers, including the Dog Squad and Police Dog Ouzo, attended the scene and took three people into custody.

During their response at the property, officers also located three stolen vehicles, including a Mazda CX5, LDV Dual Cab and motorcycle.

Following further enquires, officers have charged two of the person's initially arrested, and released the third person without further action.

A 25-year-old Albany Creek man has been charged with three counts of possessing dangerous drugs, and one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, obstruct police, possess used utensils.

A 28-year-old Holland Park man has been charged with two counts of possess dangerous drugs, and one count each of unlawful possession of a motor vehicle, receiving tainted property, possess used utensils.

They are both due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court tomorrow, February 3.
