Crews received the report of a structure fire at a vacant house on Parke Street at approximately 930pm.
Firefighters immediately attended the scene and swiftly worked to bring the fire under control and protect surrounding properties.
NT Police Force and St John NT also attended the scene however no injuries were reported.
NTFRS fire investigators will remain on the scene this morning with NT Police Force.
Acting Station Officer, Anna Stephan praised the crew for their efforts.
"I'm pleased with the swift action of our firefighters who quickly extinguished the fire and avoid damage to surrounding houses."
"Fire investigators remain on the scene, and we encourage the public to avoid the area."
