NDS's Ticket to Work initiative, which is run through a network of schools, employment services, post-school providers and employers, leverages partnerships across the disability sector to improve employment outcomes for young people with disability.
To evaluate the longer-term outcomes of the initiative, NDS commissioned ARTD Consultants to complete an independent report on Ticket to Work Post-School Outcomes. The findings in this report were encouraging and show the value of Ticket to Work in supporting young people to gain employment opportunities.
