- Busselton Water's 2025 Community Partnership Program to provide $50,000 to support local projects
- Program set to benefit 16 local community groups
- Annual program has already provided nearly $150,000 to local groups and organisations
A record 16 groups and organisations have secured funding through Busselton Water's 2025 Community Partnership Program to assist with the delivery of local projects and events over the next year.
The annual program, which is now in its ninth year, has already provided nearly $150,000 in funding to local groups and organisations, particularly those focused on water use efficiency and quality, environmental sustainability, education, community connection, innovation and leadership.
This year, a further $50,000 will be provided to support a range of initiatives which will benefit a broad cross section of ages, abilities, interests and diversity within the community.
The 16 groups receiving Busselton Water support in 2025 are:
- Bay Life Uniting Church;
- Be My Koorda;
- Busselton Choral Society;
- Busselton-Dunsborough Environment Centre Inc;
- Busselton Hospice Care Inc;
- Busselton Masters Swimming Club;
- Busselton Pride Alliance Inc;
- Busselton Swimming Club;
- CinefestOZ;
- Communicare - Tuart House;
- Disabled Surfers Association South West;
- Festival of Busselton;
- Little Dolphins Early Learning Program;
- Radiance Network South West;
- Vasse Primary School; and
- Vasse Soccer Club.
The next round of funding through the annual program will be in February 2026.
