Mayor Trenton Brown and City of Ryde thank everyone for their support of the Jewish community following the Bondi Beach terrorist attack.

We are joining again with our state and federal government counterparts to ask our community to sign an online pledge, complete a Mitzvah action and join the fundraising efforts.

The pledge is a way to show support to our Jewish community and to stand united against antisemitism. Sign the pledge here.

We are calling on people of all faiths and communities in NSW to come together and do one mitzvah – an act of kindness or charity – to bring some light into the world. This could be as simple as volunteering time, giving blood or checking on a neighbour. Register your good deed and learn more about Mitzvah here.

The NSW Government has launched the Unite for Bondi – Bondi Terror Attack Appeal with a $1 million donation. Funds which will provide support to the survivors and families of those who lost their lives and towards immediate relief such as bereavement costs as well as longer-term needs including medical care, counselling and rehabilitation. Donate here.
