Police are investigating after a man was found with severe head injuries in Manunda this morning, Queensland Police say.
Around 7am, a 35-year-old man was located in the car park of an educational organisation on Wilkinson Street.
He has been transported to the Cairns Hospital in a critical condition.
A crime scene has been declared and police are investigating to determine how the man sustained the injuries.
The Cairns Criminal Investigation Branch is investigating.
