Police are investigating a suspicious building fire that occurred at Heatley this afternoon, Queensland Police say.
At about 12.15pm, a fire was observed at a set of unoccupied units in Boyes Court.
A unit on the top floor of the complex was destroyed as a result of the fire.
No one was injured.
Investigations are continuing.
