Suspicious Fire Investigated in Toowoomba City

Police have charged a 28-year-old man following investigations into a suspicious building fire in Toowoomba City overnight, 19 March.

The 28-year-old Toowoomba man has been charged with one count each of arson, stealing, and unlawful enter premises with intent, and two counts of unlawful enter premises and commit.

He was refused police bail and is due to appear in Toowoomba Magistrates Court tomorrow, Friday 20 March.

Police are appealing for anyone with any relevant information, dashcam or vision that could assist to come forward.
