Police are investigating a suspicious fire at Woodville Gardens.
Just before 5pm on Sunday 12 July, police and MFS responded to reports of a fire in the garage of a home on Humphries Terrace.
The two-storey townhouse was engulfed in flames and was spreading to an adjoining property when patrols arrived. Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the blaze.
The home was extensively damaged while the neighbouring property sustained smoke and water damage.
Fire Cause investigators are attending the scene.
Western District Police are investigating the incident and believe that the circumstances are suspicious.
