NSW will welcome a major new concert series next summer, with Sydney Summertime set to bring some of the world's biggest music artists to Centennial Park across consecutive weekends in February and March 2027.
The inaugural Sydney Summertime will add to Sydney's growing calendar of major events, bringing thousands of music fans to the Harbour City while supporting jobs, local businesses and the NSW visitor economy.
The event will feature major international and Australian artists, with Australian performers included on every day of the program and a priority placed on showcasing NSW talent.
Beyond the music, Sydney Summertime will celebrate the best of NSW food and drink, with artisan markets featuring leading Sydney restaurants, bars, food trucks and cellar doors, alongside producers showcasing the state's world-class regional produce.
The event is expected to generate an estimated $8 million in visitor expenditure, providing a boost to accommodation providers, hospitality businesses, retailers, transport operators and other businesses across Sydney and NSW.
Secured by the NSW's Government's tourism and events agency, Destination NSW, Sydney Summertime is presented by Black Peach X, the event experience company founded by the producers of iconic events such as Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival and Homebake.

We cannot wait for locals and visitors to experience this NSW-exclusive event at an iconic venue, and enjoy world-class music, fantastic food and the vibrant atmosphere that makes Sydney such an incredible place to live and visit."
