Fremantle Detectives are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of 54 year old Tao Li who may be able to assist with an investigation into an assault that occurred in Coogee on Sunday, 12 February 2017.
Mr Li is described as 173cm tall, medium build, dark hair and brown eyes, WA Police say.
Members of the public are advised not to approach Mr Li but are asked to call police on 131444.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers.
