Detectives from Task Force Maxima last night charged a 34-year-old man and 44-year-old man, both alleged patched members of Gold Coast Nomads OMCG, with offences of entering licensed premises with a prohibited item, Queensland Police say.

Police will allege both men were wearing Nomads Canberra OMCG hooded jumpers emblazoned with Nomad OMCG wording and signage.

It will further be alleged both men are local nomad patched members

Both men were arrested and charged with one count each of entering a licensed premises with a prohibited item.

The men will reappear in the Southport Magistrates Court on September 27.
