History won't look back kindly on the first 400 days of the Minority Rockliff Government, which will only be remembered for chaos and incompetence.
In that short time the Premier has been exposed for forgetting to build a berth for the new Spirits - a blunder which cost Tasmanians hundreds of millions of dollars, and billions more in lost tourism spending and economic activity.
He's taken Tasmania even further into record debt, completely trashing what was left of the Liberals' financial management reputation with record deficit blowouts.
And the Premier's only answer to the budget problems entirely of the Liberals' making is to sell off Tasmania's assets - which will see prices rise, services reduce and dividends to fund schools and hospitals disappear.
All the while, the Premier has maintained his trademark lack of transparency, breaking promises and bungling delivery and consultation of the stadium and its associated infrastructure and placing Tasmania's AFL teams at risk.
Jeremy Rockliff got it right at the last election when he warned Tasmanians that chaos in the parliament would lead to chaos in the economy - he just didn't say that the chaos would be his.
