Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Laverton man Tavita.
The 28-year-old was last seen at a property on Heffernan Street on Tuesday, 31 August.
Police and family hold concerns for Tavita as he has a medical condition.
Tavita is known to frequent the Werribee area and was last seen wearing a burgundy t-shirt and black shorts.
An image of Tavita has been released in the hope someone may recognise him and provide information on his whereabouts.
He is described as being 157cm tall, with a solid build and short black curly hair.
Anyone who sees Tavita or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Altona Police Station on 9392 3111.
