Transit Safety Division detectives have charged a 15-year-old boy following an alleged assault in Northcote on Tuesday, Victoria Police say.
It is alleged a boy was assaulted by a group of teenagers on St Georges Road about 3.45pm.
The boy was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A Reservoir boy has been charged with affray, recklessly cause injury and intentionally cause injury.
He has been bailed to appear at a Children’s Court.
The investigation remains ongoing.
