A teenage girl reported missing from the state's north has been found.
The 13-year-old was last seen by a family member about 10.30pm yesterday (Thursday 1 July 2021), at her home on Fantasia Street, Lightning Ridge.
Officers attached to Central North Police District were notified about 9.30am today (Friday 2 July 2021) after she failed to return home and commenced an investigation into her whereabouts.
Following inquiries, the girl was found safe and well this afternoon in Queensland.
