Teenage Girl Missing from Sydney's West: Police Appeal

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's west.

Ava Hape, 13, was last seen at a home in Glendenning about 5pm yesterday (Monday 27 March 2023).

When she could not be located, officers attached to Mt Druitt Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family members hold concerns for Ava's welfare due to her age.

Ava is described as being of Pacific Islander appearance with a tanned complexion, about 160cm tall with a thin build, black hair and dark eyes.

When last seen she was wearing grey track pants and a black Chicago Bulls t-shirt. She does not have her mobile phone.

Anyone with information of her whereabouts, or who may have seen Ava, is urged to call Mt Druitt Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
