Two teenagers have been arrested after an alleged stolen vehicle was located in Sydney's south west today.
Shortly before 8.30am today (Friday 22 May 2026), officers from Liverpool Police Area Command saw a BMW driving erratically on Humphries Road, Bonnyrigg.
With the assistance of PolAir, the BMW was followed through Bonnyrigg and Heckenberg before heading south on the M7 Motorway, M5 Motorway and Hume Motorway at high speed.
PolAir continued to follow the BMW as it turned onto Narellan Road and travelled through Mount Annan, Narellan and then south onto the Camden Bypass.
The BMW then turned and headed north on the Camden Bypass where road spikes were unsuccessfully deployed.
PolAir followed the BMW north on the Hume Motorway and into the Campbelltown CBD.
The BMW stopped near a car park Lithgow Street, Campbelltown, and two people ran from the vehicle.
Officers from Campbelltown City Police Area Command attended and arrested two teenagers nearby.
Initial inquiries indicate the BMW was allegedly stolen from an address in Elizabeth Hills earlier today.
The two teenagers were taken to Campbelltown Police Station where inquiries continue.
