In line with the Victorian Government's decision to introduce circuit breaker restrictions, our leisure centres and golf course will be closed from 11.59pm Thursday 27 May to 11.59pm Thursday 3 June.
When will our venues reopen?
At this stage it is proposed that our venues will be able to reopen on Friday 4 June however we will provide you with an update as soon as a reopening date has been confirmed.
What happens to my bookings?
All active bookings for any of our services from Friday 28 May through to Thursday 3 June will be cancelled. We will be applying credits to your online account if you paid for a class online. There is nothing you need to do, the credit will appear in the 'My Purchases' section of the online portal.
What's happening with my membership or visit pass?
Members
All memberships have automatically been paused. You will not be charged for the period of closure.
Direct debit members
We are processing a direct debit today as scheduled. The closure dates have not been included in this payment.
Upfront members
Your current expiry date will be adjusted to reflect the period of closure.
Aquatic programs
Direct debit members
We are processing a direct debit today as scheduled. Classes that will be missed due to our venue closures have not been included in this payment.
Upfront learn to swim students
You will receive a credit for lessons that are missed due to our venue closures. The credits will be automatically applied to your account.
Visit pass holders
Visit pass expiry dates will be extended to cover the period of the closure.
