The Lily Creek cycleway path will be closed from Tuesday 31 October to Wednesday 1 November for maintenance works to the steel handrails.
The bridge is a cycleway connector between Greenslopes St and Collins Ave in Edge Hill.
Signage will be onsite to alert users of the closure and provide details of an alternate route.
