The 2026 October Business Month calendar is out now, with 147 events delivered by 64 event partners across every region of the Territory throughout October.
Now in its 32nd year, the program backs Territory businesses to grow and is part of the Government's work to rebuild the Territory's economy.
Tickets are on sale for a keynote line-up featuring THE ICONIC co-founder Adam Jacobs, Share the Dignity founder Rochelle Courtenay, New Era Energy founder Renee Wootton Tomlin and comedian Brett Blake.
October Business Month (OBM) returns in 2026 under the theme "Embracing Change", with a calendar built to help Territory businesses adapt to new technology, shifting markets and changing workplaces.
Every region has events tailored to local businesses, from resilience workshops in the Top End to practical AI sessions in the Barkly and Big Rivers, and the Arnhem Voices Creative Media Festival showcasing East Arnhem's growing screen industry.
The Business Support Series will run across all regions, giving businesses practical tools, resources and advice they can put to use straight away. Local operators will also share what they have learned through the Territory Success Stories panels held at keynote events.
Tickets purchased between September 5-30 to the Renee Wootton Tomlin keynote in Alice Springs will go into the draw to win a travel package from Alice Springs to Cairns, thanks to Airnorth.
Minister for Trade, Business and Asian Relations Robyn Cahill OAM said October Business Month was the Territory's premier business event.
"This year's calendar gives businesses in every region access to experts and practical skills they can use," Minister Cahill said.
"Supporting local business to grow is central to rebuilding the Territory's economy, and OBM is a practical way we back Territorians who back themselves."
Territory Success Story and Dragonfly Events owner Tegan Peirce said she was proud to share her story through the program.
"For nearly 20 years I've built Dragonfly Events in Katherine through hard work and determination. This business is my life, and I'm proud to share our story through OBM," Ms Peirce said.
