Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Thanh Nguyen.
The 39-year-old is wanted on warrant for contravening his corrections order regarding a theft in Hoppers Crossing in February 2020.
Nguyen is described as having straight black hair and olive skin.
He is known to frequent the Altona North, Sunshine and Werribee areas.
Investigators have released an image of Nguyen in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
