These Labubu Are Not For You You

A man has been arrested and approximately $9,000 of sought-after Labubu dolls seized following a search warrant in Airport West yesterday.

Officers from the Melbourne East Neighbourhood Policing Team executed the warrant at the Webb Road property about 6am on Tuesday 21 October.

Inside they allegedly located 43 Labubu dolls, including several that were limited edition at an estimated $500 each.

It is alleged the dolls were stolen during four separate burglaries at a shopping centre on the corner of La Trobe and Swanston streets in Melbourne since July.

A 40-year-old man was arrested and has since been charged with four counts of burglary and two counts of theft.

He was bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on 5 May 2026.
