Thieves setback charity Christmas plans

Two thieves have set back Christmas plans for a charitable organisation in Carrum Downs after a burglary on Wednesday morning.

Frankston Crime Investigation Unit detectives were told two men broke into the premises on Firth Close about 2am on Wednesday, 5 October.

It is understood they attended a storage area where donated new and unused Christmas presents were being stored, then stole a number of items including bicycles, fishing rods and make-up.

One of the offenders is believed to be male and was wearing a face mask, cap and hooded top.

He was carrying a large backpack and riding a racer bicycle.

The other offender is believed to be male and was wearing white runners and an Adidas jacket.

Investigators have released CCTV and images of two men they believe may be able to assist with their enquires.
