Three arrested and drugs, cash and vehicles seized - Narre Warren

North West Metro Regional Crime Squad detectives arrested a man and two women today following an investigation into drug and firearms trafficking, Victoria Police say.

With the assistance of Mill Park Divisional Response Unit, investigators executed a search warrant in Narre Warren this morning as part of Operation King Cobra.

A number of items were seized at the property including firearms, ammunition, drugs, cash, a motorcycle, a Holden Club Sport and other miscellaneous items.

A 24-year-old Narre Warren man was arrested and charged with traffick commercial quantity of methamphetamine, prohibited person possess firearm, two counts of theft of motor vehicle, possess proceeds of crime and other charges.

He was remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.

A 23-year-old Narre Warren woman was arrested and charged with traffick commercial quantity of methamphetamine, possess firearm, two counts of theft of motor vehicle, possess proceeds of crime and other charges.

She will appear in court again at a later date.

A 54-year-old Narre Warren woman is expected to be charged on summons with possess prohibited weapon.
